Board of Directors of C-Change

Board members attend a meeting every two months. They also attend C-Change functions and special events. The Board of C-Change is made up of people with a range of skills and it is their responsibility to ensure that the organisation is run properly.

What Does a Board Member Do?

	Attend all board meetings and functions, such as special events.

	Make sure the organisation does what it says it will do.

	Approve organisational policies.

	Approve the money the organisation spends

	Inform others about the organisation.

Board Members

	Nikki Bruce has been a member of the Board of C-Change since 2006. Nikki works in Edinburgh, where her job is to run the Higher Educational Certificate (HEC) in Person Centred Approaches.

	Vicki Craig is a member of the C-Change Board since November 2005. Vicki is a qualified Chartered Accountant and filled in as Finance Director for C-Change and Inclusion Glasgow for 6 months.

	Jane White has been a member of the C-Change Board since November 2004. Jane is a Senior Chemist and Public Analyst and works in Glasgow. Her interests are horses, travelling and socialising.

	Malcolm Cunning has been a member of C-Change Board since January 2004. Malcolm works for two Members of Parliament doing research and running campaigns.

	Pauline McHugh has been a member of C-Change Board since January 2004. Pauline originally trained as a nurse and currently works for an organisation that supports people with learning disabilities. Pauline previously worked with the social work department helping people to move out of long stay hospitals.
