The Structure of C-Change
Our aim is to remain small and to foster good relationships and in order to do this we try not to have too many layers in the organisation. We are organised in a way that means the people we work for, families, employees and others can easily reach out and connect with us and each other.
We share our Finance Team with our sister organisation Inclusion Glasgow.
