Board Diversity
C-Change for Inclusion are currently in the process of recruiting 3 of the people we work for onto the C-Change Board of Directors. The current Board Members, with the support from Senior Management of C-Change, have been working in partnership with Heartfelt in order to make this happen.
This is a priority for our Board development as it will ensure:
- that the views of the people we work for are heard and acted upon
- that decisions about the organisational finances are consistent with the priorities of the people we work for
- that it is consistent with best practice in terms of accountability to the people we work for
- that it offers a real chance for people to have power and control over important aspects of their lives.
We aim to have an all inclusive Board by 2010
