Minimum Standards
- The People We Work For

Aiming for "right relationships" is the key to good support, whether it is relationships between friends, families, people we work for, employees, or throughout the organisation as a whole. To help us focus, we have set minimum standards. We hope that these will act as a useful guide and as way to measure how well we are doing. They are not what we are actually striving for, but are what we hope to achieve as a matter of course. They are a reminder and aid to help us maintain the right relationship between the organisation and the people we work for.

 

	The choice to attend your team meeting every 2 months as a minimum.
	We will help you check that your money is being managed safely at least every 6 months.
	You will have the choice of holding a planning day each year with a progress check every 6 months, to ensure we are working with you to achieve your dreams and goals Person Centred Planning.
	You or someone you choose can see a breakdown of your Individual Service Fund (ISF) at least 4 times a year. Click here for information on ISF's Individual Service Fund
	Your team will work with you to do on going Health and Safety checks to ensure that you, your team and your home are safe.
