Partnership Working
Partnership working is essential. Many of the people we work for are discriminated against and it is only in recent years that our society has been more welcoming of all its citizens.
Institutional thinking still prevails at times and our social, health and education systems grew out of mistaken ideas in the past about how people should be treated.
Many of the problems faced by the people we work for have come about because of this history. Sometimes no organisation or group will have an answer on its own and so we are very interested in how we can work together with others towards the same goal.
Partnership for us is about co-operation between individuals and groups. We believe that partnership working must be taken seriously. It's about how we can work effectively together and with shared responsibilities. Our Partners include:
