We know that everyone has the skills, qualities and talents that the community needs. However, employers and the community do not always recognise this fact. Many people have labels that hide who they really are and society is still prejudiced against some of these people. When that happens, everyone loses out. The world of work is a great place to discover all peoples' gifts and contributions.
It is important that control remains with the person we work for when seeking a job or role that really matches their skills and aspirations.
