Individualised Teams

 

All the people C-Change work for have their own dedicated team.  Team Members include a Team Leader and Support Workers.  A Service Leader provides regular support to the person they work for and their team.

We will help you to recruit Team Members from your local community

We will help you to interview people or interview people on your behalf, who we think may be a good match to you. 

 Potential new Team Members are matched to you depending on a range of things, such as age; gender; interests; experience; and skills
