Working Policies
At C-Change we believe that it is important that the policies and procedures of the organisation support the people we work for to live their lives in the way that they choose and do not provide bureaucratic barriers.
Although we have organisational policies and procedures the people we work for may choose to apply these in different ways, for example some people we work for do not want any paperwork associated with their support in their home. In each situation we ensure that the needs and wishes of the individual we work for are met as a priority and that we establish creative ways of meeting organisational requirements.
Every person we work for has an individualised Working Policy made up of four sections.

3. Managing Risk
4. Team Support.
