Policies and Procedures

 

Organisations need to have policies and procedures, however, it is important that these are easy to understand and useful. They should not get in the way or cause problems, delays or frustrations. They should support people to live in the way that they choose. 

People we work for may choose to apply our policies and procedures in different ways, for example, some people do not like paperwork to be kept in their home. In order to ensure that people’s needs and wishes are respected we have established creative ways of meeting organisational requirements.
