C-Change offer extensive core training, which is especially valuable if you have no previous experience in this field of work

Training (In-House)

C-Change operates a comprehensive induction training programme for all new employees.  This training is also available to the individuals we work for.  In addition the organisation supports individually tailored training including the opportunity to undertake further education to meet the Scottish Social Services Council ( link to SSSC site) recognised qualifications. Salary

We design each service around the individual that we work for and recruit a team specifically to meet their needs. This means that we will pay the right salary for the right person. If you want to know more about how we recruit and match staff to individuals please click here. 

Flexible Working Hours

A full time contact is based upon 37.5 hours per week, however, we have plenty of opportunities for part time and flexible working dependent on the needs of the individual you would work for.

Annual Leave

Holiday entitlement is 35 days per annum (pro rata and inclusive of public holidays) for a contracted post.
