Internal Opportunities
C-Change for Inclusion wishes to support all Team Members who wish to grow and develop in areas that they are especially interested in. There are many internal opportunities within C-Change for people to become involved in.
Sub-Groups
Team Members can join sub-groups within the organisation to develop new skills, explore areas of interest and really make a difference for the people we work for and the organisation. There are a range of different sub-groups within the organisation looking at different aspects of our work, from (TOTT) Talk Of The Toon, C-Changes quarterly gossip magazine to looking at recruitment and retention for the organisation. Training Consultants
Some of our Team Members are involved in internal training. They get involved in the creation, development and delivery of person centred training to the people we work for and the Team Members.
Secondment Opportunities
There are also opportunities for Team Members to become part of the central team for a period of 4 weeks. This was introduced to promote a greater understanding of the role of Service Leader and the workings of the central team. We would hope to do this by having the secondee shadow a number of Service Leaders to gain a greater understanding of the broad range of activities undertaken in the service management role.
