Recruiting
C-Change for Inclusion has an open recruitment policy, which means interested candidates can apply throughout the year without waiting for adverts to appear in the media or job centres.
The natures of our vacancies are:
- Team Leaders
- Support Workers
Other specific posts such as Finance Staff, Administration Staff may be advertised in the media as they become vacant.
Potential employees will come via a variety of sources e.g. word of mouth, adverts, job centres etc.
At C-Change we look to match respective candidates with the individuals we work for. This can vary from hobbies/interests, age, gender etc.
The Organisation will nearly always benefit from being able to appoint new employees from a wide pool of well-qualified and highly experienced candidates.
We welcome candidates from all walks of life, we ask that people have the right values and attitudes and are committed to ensuring that the people we work for lead an inclusive life in their community.
Interested in working with C-Change?
All potential candidates interested in working with C-Change will complete an Application Form (Stage 1).This will include:-
- Application Form
- Job Description
- Rehabilitation of Offenders Form
- Pre-Employment Medical Questionnaire,
- Equal Opportunities Policy and Monitoring Form
The more information the Organisation has relating to an individual, the more likely we are to make an informed decision. The completion of these forms is the best way of obtaining information about a candidate.
All prospective candidates complete an Application Form (Stage 1) even where they have submitted a C.V. This is because an applicant includes in a C.V. the information that he or she wants you to have, which will not necessarily coincide with the information, which we as an Organisation require.
The completion of the Application Form covers all aspects of the information required and no matters are overlooked.
Applications can be obtained on line or from our Office Manager.
Please return completed applications to the Office Manager who will send out a letter acknowledging the next steps that the Organisation will take.
Interview Selection
If you are selected for interview you will be notified in writing and with time and date of interview.
Probation Period
All posts within C-Change are subject to a 6 months probationary period, this gives the employee and the Organisation the opportunity to ensure that you are getting all the support required for the post.
