Counselling

 

All C-Change employees have access to the Employee Counselling Service (ECS).  The ECS provides confidential, individual counselling by way of a helpline or a face to face meeting. Employees can access this independently or their Line Manager can make a referral on their behalf.

In addition to this the organisation has an independent Counsellor who has a good working knowledge of the challenges and demands that your work as Team Members may bring. There is a cost associated with this service and employees can access this service or focused External Team Support Sessions by speaking to their Line Managers.
