Money

An Individual Service Fund (ISF) is a way of showing the real costs of a person’s service. It allows the person and/or others to manage their support more effectively.

If you have an individual budget or would like one, but do not want all the responsibility of  managing the money or employing staff we could manage your money using an Individual Service Fund (ISF).

Your funding may come from a range of sources; Local Authorities, Supporting People Funding and the Independent Living Fund, however, it can all be managed through an ISF.

An ISF is a transparent way of managing an Individual Budget.  It gives you control over how the money is spent to achieve your stated outcomes.

We create a unique Individual Service Fund (ISF) for each person, which makes it easy to see how your money is being spent.

It is important that the person and their closest allies know how much things really cost.

C-Change agrees with the person the amount of money it will use from their ISF to pay for core costs in the organisation such as training, recruitment and administration.

Any remaining money pays for the direct support the person needs.  Money provided for a person stays with that person.  If they have money left at the end of the financial year, this can be used to pay for any other activities that meet your outcomes.
