Progressive Stories

The people we work for and their families have gained wisdom through their lived experience.  The success of C-Change is best told through their stories.  

The stories of the people we work for are of individuals who have overcome adversity and challenge and, with the right support, have transformed their lives beyond expectation.  

A number of the people we work for have offered to share their progressive stories.  You will have an opportunity to follow as their lives unfold, as they plan ahead and achieve personal goals and ambitions.  You will be able to bear witness to the possibilities that emerge as individuals take control of their lives and lead the life they choose.   

The individuals who have contributed to this section will regularly update their progressive stories, detailing in their own words how their lives have developed and the support that they have received from C-Change.
