Family Support

Every child is unique and no two families are the same.  With the right support everyone can flourish.

We believe that successful support has to be designed and delivered in a way that respects the expertise you have gained through your own experience. Our role is to listen and learn and work with you to design an individually tailored support arrangement that meets the needs of your family and your child.  This may involve some or all of the following.

• Helping you recognise all your social, family and community assets 
   
• Designing a support arrangement that makes sense to you

• Providing flexible support at a time that makes sense (no fixed shifts)

• Support delivered by a person specific, locally recruited team

• Support in your home

• Support out with your home to access education and other community activities

• Person specific training available to team members and the family

• Support to take a short break or holiday

• Transparent individualised funding arrangements

• Full access to iPLANIT web based outcome based support plan software.
